Interview Experience

In our prelim project, our group had an interview with a professional work. Experiences, eh? In my experience, talking with someone who is professional is really nervous. It is because you kinda know that a professional is somewhat serious and hot-headed. Luckily, our guest is an eccentric kind. This really calmed me down. I do like taking with eccentric people always. Serious ones do matter but they are farther understandable. And, I was also looking for that day to finally only finish our project and nothing else. LOL

Anyways, my other experiences are, I get to learn in my multimedia program, I get to expand my skills, and I get to improve my communication skills. On what have I learned, I just need to focus on what I do to make me feel better especially inside the work. In the work, it is also need to consider not just by yourself but everyone's, especially client's, ideas so your mind is expanded more than limited to the little concept. Everything you will do is only up to you. It is really the world looks like, it is up to us on how you care it. To be in the possible smoothness of work, I just learned that I must balance myself and my schedule because everything is unexpected. Everything is unknown so that is why every future is a mystery. If the work and schedule is found dreadful, only I need to struggle to find the balance of work.

Overall, every interview about work are learning. At least I know what things will I do during work days. The interview mostly gave us tips for college and work. It is because, if the work is good, everything is good. It is not just only you work in one place but to work in other places like shooting, but in one or two position/s.

My Multimedia Business

If I'm going to make my own Multimedia Business someday, well, that would be great for me. The reality is I'll never make my own business since there are good businesses out there where I can join and become famous. Anyways, let us just say that in the reality is I will make my own Multimedia Business so I can write a blog about it. In the reality, if I do or I don't, DEAL WITH IT! Life is a mess. Just kidding! Let's move on to the main topic.

To begin a business, it is based on the things you are good at and your goals are. I am good at in doing sketches, photography, video production and editing, and literature. With these things I'm good at, I could end up building a mixed-up business, a lot of production and a lot of work. I will use these things I'm good at to be examples for building a business. With these, I would build a workshop.

On the place, I would like to stand a business to somewhere a certain thing or things that are not good at. Example: Philippines lacks animation business than Japan. And example, I'm good at animation. I would build a business about animation in the Philippines or anywhere else in the world that lacks a certain business.

I chose this because, again, these are the things I'm good at. Since I'm good at literature, I will get to teach people like a simple school for these things.

The business will specialized at sketches, photography, video production and editing, and literature. Every business will be specialized to what the founder is good at.

The name of the business... Well, there are a lot of names for my business. And, the best one I can name is Multitype Workshop. It is because I derived it from "multimedia" and used the prefix "multi-". "type", there are a lot of types of works in the business that is involved in multimedia.

To make it prosperous, back to the paragraph where I mentioned the place. With that intent and goal, my business can be a great contribution to the certain place where I built it.

When it comes to building business, if you have started this earlier or during your college years, it may change depending on experience, time, and place. What I wrote here is not serious in my reality. I just gave an example to the best thing I think today.

State of the Philippines' Multimedia Industry

One of these days since the cameo of modern technology, every country has Multimedia Industries. Well, there are some still none but they will try to have one and to follow modern lifestyle.

Let us talk about Multimedia Industry in the Philippines. Multimedia Industry in the Philippines takes on the traditional roles usually ascribed to media and entertainment to community. It is used of many common media things, such as text, prints, audio, video, graphics, and much more. Here in the Philippines, we have some such as ABS-CBN, GMA7, radio stations, and video companies. In early times, it is all radio stations and filmography (this is known by people from '80s and '90s like what have I talked with to my parents). In modern times, it is still the same and with some improved quality. Animation, 2D and 3D, had also started here in the Philippines (there are already some fictions and titles with it). With Multimedia Industry, this simply boosts the country's profit that will follow other countries.

For some people with love of animation, they work abroad in Japan and in U.S. to learn some 'hows' about modernized animation. It is because, this country lacks companies about it but the country will have some soon in a matter of time. There will be people going back to Philippines to make companies for it. They wouldn't. It is very easy for people with love of photo- and filmo-graphy to take jobs here in the Philippines. There are famous companies here.

Time after time, mechanics of Multimedia industries change. If there is Charles Darwin's Theory of Evolution for biological characteristics, we can also have that kind of theory for Multimedia.
